Lorenzo is the CEO and sole proprietor of Cappello Steakhouse. He opened the steakhouse on June 7th, 2003. 

Most daily operations are handled by the legal team and staff of the restaurant, with Mr. Cappello maintaining a secluded lifestyle.

Jack Moss is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, joining to escape Brooklyn. After his contract within the USMC, he took cullinary classes in Sicily, staying with family and learning direct from the source some of the finest Italian Cuisine in the world.

Guy Ramsay Fieri is an American restaurateur, author, and an Emmy Award winning television presenter. He co-owns three restaurants in California, licenses his name to restaurants in New York City and Las Vegas, Nevada, and is known for hosting various television series on the Food Network. Nobody knows why he works at Cappello's.

Dr Howard Goylstien (PhD) is a world renown lawyer and advisor both in civil and criminal fields, a recipient of three doctorates from Bar-Ilan University in International Law, Cornell University specializing in Tax Reform and Restitution, and Rutgers, Majoring in Corporate Development and Documentation, with two honorary degrees from Yale and Tel Aviv University for his assistance in major curricular reform of their legal programs
